Delivery

Delivery is to UK mainland addresses and may exclude highlands (please contact us for prices for these areas).   The shopping cart will complete using the standard delivery charges for  these areas but you may incur an additional charge before furniture is  delivered if located in the Highlands, we will contact you to discuss this before proceeding.

Prices are shown including VAT.

Furniture Delivery Lead Times:

Unless otherwise stated on product pages, delivery is normally made within 7 working days.  We aim to deliver all orders in the shortest time possible.  Delivery is made Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) from 9.00am to 5.30pm.  Please contact us if you have specific delivery requirements.


Returns/Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to desptach unless an item is being specifically made/upholstered (ie with a non stock fabric).  Orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged 15% of the total order amount.  The customer will be required to pay the collection/delivery charge for returning products.  Any returns must be confirmed with Relax Home Furniture beforehand.  Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery.  Products that are made to order (ie from non stocked fabrics) are non returnable. We will rectify any items received faulty or damaged or items that develop a fault (whilst under warranty) in the fastest time possible.  We will supply replacement parts where possible and where reasonable for the customer to replace these parts before collecting and replacing a complete chair or furniture item.

All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
