Returns or Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to desptach unless an item is being specifically made/upholstered (ie with a non stock fabric). Orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged 15% of the total order amount. The customer will be required to pay the collection/delivery charge for returning products. Any returns must be confirmed with Relax Home Furniture beforehand. Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery. Products that are made to order (ie from non stocked fabrics) are non returnable. We will rectify any items received faulty or damaged or items that develop a fault (whilst under warranty) in the fastest time possible. We will supply replacement parts where possible and where reasonable for the customer to replace these parts before collecting and replacing a complete chair or furniture item.
All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
