Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to desptach unless an item is being specifically made/upholstered (ie with a non stock fabric). Orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged 15% of the total order amount. The customer will be required to pay the collection/delivery charge for returning products and all returns must be in the original packaging and packed as delivered.
Any returns must be confirmed with Relax Home Furniture beforehand. Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery.
Products that are made to order (ie from non stocked fabrics) are non returnable. We will rectify any items received faulty or damaged or items that develop a fault (whilst under warranty) in the fastest time possible.
All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
